Founded on the belief that every individual, regardless of gender or background, deserves equal opportunities, Building Women aims to break down barriers and create a more inclusive workforce within the construction sector.
Young women constitute the largest single source of unskilled construction labourers yet they are not truly represented on construction sites; a traditionally male dominated, and closed to women sector of the economy.
